One of the
affected venues, Seville Bar and Lounge, was opened by rapper Badshah in
December last year. The 39-year-old artist, known for his songs in Hindi,
English, Punjabi, and Haryanvi, also co-owns two other establishments—Sago
Spicy Symphony and Sidera. Badshah has contributed to Bollywood hits like Kapoor
and Sons and Crew.
Police
continue to investigate the motives behind the attack and are working to
identify the suspect. Meanwhile, the safety of Chandigarh, known for its
vibrant nightlife, has come under scrutiny following this incident.
