ABOUT OSEL FOUNDATION

Established in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, OSEL Foundation was founded with a singular resolve to translate compassion into meaningful social action. As shared by Co-Founder Shri Mukesh Sinha, it was the unprecedented human impact of the pandemic that inspired the OSEL management team led by Mr. Ravi Mishra, Ms. Jyotsna Jawahar and Shri Mukesh Sinha to step forward and build a structured platform for community welfare.

Today, OSEL Foundation works across three core pillars  Healthcare, with a special focus on Divyangjan (Person with Disabilities); Education, with an emphasis on digital literacy; and Sustainability guided by the conviction that every individual, regardless of ability or circumstance, deserves an equal opportunity to thrive.

ABOUT THE EVENT

OSEL Foundation marked a landmark milestone with its Annual Day Celebration & Book Launch 2026 at the Constitutional Club of India, New Delhi. The event brought together eminent policymakers, parliamentarians and para-sports advocates to celebrate the Foundation's year of impact and to launch two inspiring publications that embody OSEL's core mission building an inclusive India where every dream finds equal opportunity.

PUBLICATIONS LAUNCHED BY OSEL FOUNDATION

1. "Beyond the Jack: The Rise of Boccia in India" — by Dr. Ravinder Singh

A testament to OSEL Foundation's commitment to para-sports, this book chronicles India's Boccia movement — a story of determination, grit and inclusion. All proceeds from the book's sale go directly towards OSEL Foundation's promotional activities for Boccia India.

2. OSEL Foundation Annual Impact Report, FY 2025–26

Documenting OSEL's transformative work across Healthcare, Education and Sustainability  this report reflects the Foundation's vision of creating equal opportunities for every dream.

Mr. MUKESH SINHA

Mukesh Sinha reflected on the one-year journey of OSEL Foundation and highlighted the  various initiatives undertaken to support healthcare, promote education, and advance sustainability. He spoke about the Foundation's achievements over the past year while emphasizing that its mission is far from complete, with many more impactful initiatives planned for the future. He shared the Foundation's vision of expanding its reach and positively impacting a larger section of society through its healthcare interventions and hearing care solutions. Shri Sinha also underscored the importance of sustainable business practices as a cornerstone of long-term social impact, noting that OSEL Foundation remains committed to creating meaningful change by empowering communities through better access to healthcare, education, and sustainable development opportunities.

He Emphasized the profound importance of listening in both physical and spiritual dimensions of life. Referring to a Sanskrit proverb highlighting the significance of hearing as a gateway to knowledge, wisdom, and personal growth, he underscored how the ability to listen enables individuals to connect with society, acquire learning, and cultivate deeper understanding. He further commended the efforts of OSEL Foundation in the hearing healthcare sector, recognizing its commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments. 

Shri Dr.SANJAY PASWAN 

Sanjay Paswan lauded the transformative work being carried out by OSEL Foundation in the Delhi region, highlighting its meaningful impact on underserved communities and its commitment to social welfare. He encouraged the Foundation to expand its outreach to Bihar, emphasizing that the state presents immense opportunities for social development and community service, where targeted interventions can create significant positive change in people's lives.

CHIEF GUEST

Shri. ASHWINI KUMAR CHOUBEY     

Shri Ashwini Kumar Choubey highlighted the transformative role of technology-driven initiatives such as the NaMo App and Saral App in improving public access to information, services, and opportunities, thereby positively impacting the lives of millions. Drawing a parallel with these platforms, he remarked that OSEL Foundation is creating a similar impact in the fields of healthcare and education through its dedicated efforts to serve communities and enhance access to essential support services.

He also spoke about the growing contribution of philanthropic organizations and foundations across the country, noting that such institutions are playing a crucial role in addressing social challenges and fostering inclusive development. Appreciating the collective efforts of organizations working for public welfare, he emphasized that sustained community engagement and service-oriented initiatives are vital for nation-building and social progress.
