After an eight-year gap, at the age of 35, she not only completed her CS course but also earned the Fellowship of the Insurance Institute of India. In 2024, she was elevated to the position of Executive Director on the Board of The Oriental Insurance Company Limited, another first for a woman in the company’s history. She also served as a Director on the Board of the Industrial Credit Company Limited.

Retirement and Beyond

As Rashmi Bajpai approaches her retirement on March 31, 2025, she is far from hanging up her boots. Passionate about her work as a Company Secretary, she plans to launch her own establishment, continuing to inspire and mentor the next generation of professionals.
