Salman Khan Calls Out Karan Veer Mehra, Says ‘I’m Like a Father to You’

In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 18: Weekend Ka Vaar, host Salman Khan took a deep dive into the week's notable moments, with a special focus on the dynamics between contestants Shilpa Shirodkar and Karan Veer Mehra. Salman humorously criticized their overly accommodating behavior, suggesting it might not be as genuine as it seemed. Addressing Karan Veer, he remarked pointedly, “If you were really so nice, your first marriage would have lasted forever,” underscoring the dangers of being excessively agreeable.

Salman further questioned Karan Veer’s contradictory actions, calling out his aggression while cooking breakfast despite claiming to be “nice.” He revealed that Karan Veer had plans to show his true personality only when provoked, urging him to be more authentic in the house.

Turning his attention to Shilpa Shirodkar, Salman suggested she might be taking Karan Veer for granted—an observation Karan Veer reluctantly agreed with. Despite this, Karan defended his approach, emphasizing that his friendship with Shilpa mattered more than fulfilling expectations. When Salman questioned whether he would tolerate being taken for granted in real life, Karan openly confessed, “No, sir, I’ve always been the same in real life too." For granted liya gaya hu bohot (No sir, I’m the same in real life; I’ve often been taken for granted).” Salman retorted, “Uske baad kya hua (What happened after that?)” to which Karan replied, “Uske baad choda hi gaya hu mai, maine nahi choda kisi ko (After that, people left me; I never left anyone).”

Salman, unconvinced by Karan’s explanation, accused him of playing the victim card. With a sharp remark, he concluded, “Karan, rishte mai hum tumhare baap lagte hai aur sensibility mei bhi (I have more experience and sensibility than you),” making it clear that he wasn’t buying Karan’s narrative.
