has introduced a new feature called eZ Booking, which uses AI to make
booking flights faster and easier. Travelers simply share their travel plans
with the AI agent, and it fills in all the details on the website for them.
Experts say
AI is the future of technology, and Air India is embracing it to improve
customer service. Right now, this feature is available only to Maharaja Club
members, the airline's loyalty program.

eZ Booking Work?
The eZ
Booking feature acts like a virtual travel agent, helping you book flights
quickly:
- Just tell
the AI your travel needs, like, "Book the first flight from Delhi to
Mumbai tomorrow," and it will show you the best options.
- The AI uses
advanced technologies like machine learning, natural language
processing, and automation to deliver accurate results.
- You can also
change your itinerary easily with text or voice commands if you're not
satisfied with the options.
For now, eZ
Booking is only available on Air India's website for Maharaja Club members.
However, the airline plans to roll it out for mobile websites and apps soon.
