13 Years, No Home: Supertech Golf Country Buyers Demand 51% Voting Rights

Homebuyers of Supertech Golf Country (Yamuna Expressway) have endured over a decade of broken promises due to Supertech’s mismanagement. Now, amid the insolvency process, they face further injustice as banks push them aside—despite legal safeguards. Their fight for fair representation and accountability continues. It’s time to amplify their voice and demand justice!

Key Issues at Hand:

  1. Exclusion from CoC Meetings: Despite being recognized as financial creditors under the IBC, homebuyers were forcibly removed by Punjab & Sind Bank’s representative from the first Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting on March 20, 2025, due to an impractical requirement of 1,000 consolidated claims.
  2. NCLAT’s Clear Stand: On March 6, 2025, NCLAT upheld the CIRP (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process) and emphasized that “homebuyers are stakeholders whose interests must be protected.” Yet, implementation remains weak.
  3. 13 Years of Broken Promises: Over a decade has passed, and no livable society has been delivered. Homebuyers continue suffering while banks and builders dominate decision-making.

Our Demands:

  • Immediate inclusion in CoC – Homebuyers are primary investors and must have a voice.
  • 51% Voting Rights – Since the project exists for homebuyers, they should hold majority voting power.
  • Transparency & Accountability – The IRP must share homebuyer data and ensure fair participation.

Why This Matters:

  • Thousands of families have invested life savings, only to face endless delays and legal battles.
  • The Amitabh Kant Committee’s recommendations remain ineffective on the ground.
  • Without media intervention, homebuyers risk being permanently sidelined in favor of banks and builders.

We urge you to investigate and report on this injustice, amplifying our fight for rightful representation. Your voice can pressure authorities to act and ensure justice for homebuyers.
